Pauta de julgamento das impugnações/manifestações de inconformidade das sessões ordinárias da 15 Turma da DRJ09 a serem realizadas nas datas a seguir mencionadas.
OBSERVAÇÕES:
1)Após a publicação da pauta de julgamento no DOU, você poderá enviar o vídeo / áudio contendo a sustentação oral ou arquivo de texto contendo memorial em até 5 dias da publicação da pauta de julgamento no DOU.
2)A apresentação da sustentação oral deverá ser realizada por meio de gravação de vídeo ou áudio enviado através da funcionalidade Participar de Reunião de Julgamento, em Processos Digitais, no e-CAC da Receita Federal.
3)Caso o patrono não tenha procuração / substabelecimento para realizar sustentação oral, favor juntá-lo aos autos.
4) A aceitação da sustentação oral pleiteada está condicionada ao cumprimento dos requisitos e prazos estabelecidos na Portaria RFB nº 309, de 03/04/2023 e alterações posteriores, em especial, no que se refere à tempestividade da juntada do vídeo da sustentação oral no sistema.
5) Não serão admitidos envio de sustentação oral / memoriais por meio de solicitação de juntada nos autos.

7) O resultado do julgamento dos processos eventualmente relacionados na tabela abaixo servirá como paradigma para o julgamento dos itens constantes da coluna ITENS REPETITIVOS, nos termos dos §§ 1º e 2º do art. 19 da Portaria MF nº 20, de 17 de fevereiro de 2023. Na ausência de tabela, este item não se aplica, devendo ser desconsiderado.
